Your client relationship stays yours.
We route questions, changes, and exceptions through the contact you name, so loved ones are not handed another vendor to manage.
Protocol Path
We route questions, changes, and exceptions through the contact you name, so loved ones are not handed another vendor to manage.
We fit around the room plan, florist delivery, facility staff, officiants, musicians, and any house standards already in motion.
Circumstances change, sometimes at the last minute. We understand that, and we adapt to what the day needs.
Memorial Balloons are not right for every service. We provide a considered option to offer when it belongs.
We do not position Memorial Balloons as a replacement. We respect existing vendor relationships and are always open to coordinating with your approved vendors to create even further personalized pieces.
We are flexible on delivery and appreciate any notice and information that makes our transfer smooth for all involved.
Most pieces stay with loved ones. Only arches and halos are collected at a scheduled time. Additional pieces should be considered on an individual basis.

The short version
Memorial Balloons prepares visible remembrance pieces when it fits the tone of the memorial. The funeral home stays the guide, and we are flexible in working with the team and timelines.
