How our memorial pieces are arranged, delivered, retrieved, and cared for.

How working together begins

Memorial Balloons creates memorial pieces for funeral homes and the loved ones they serve. Work is arranged through your funeral home and confirmed when we accept it and any agreed terms are in place.
We are glad to work within the billing and scheduling process your funeral home already uses.

Balloon pieces are temporary. Weather, heat, cold, wind, sunlight, altitude, venue conditions, handling, and movement after setup can affect how a piece holds. We plan around the details you give us.

We serve the area from Provo to Brigham City; work beyond that is available by arrangement.
Earlier notice is always appreciated so we can prepare well. When an outlier arises, we can fulfill a rush request within 24 hours.
A designated day-of point of contact is required for every delivery, so setup and placement go smoothly.
Only arches and related décor we own are retrieved; everything else stays with the loved ones. Photo Displays use a framed photograph the loved ones provide — we do not print photos.

We may use photos of our work for our portfolio and marketing. If you’d prefer we didn’t, just tell us — a word is enough, nothing in writing required.
